- Through knowledge (Design, Fabrication & Installation) of Unitized (Customized, SCHUCHO of Germany, & Vistawall of USA)& Stick Curtain wall system (Alkan of Italy, Alu-K of Italy, Hartman of UK, Vertex series from Gulf Extrusion etc.) Skylight, Canopies, Pre-fabricated Glazing, Doors, Windows, handrails (Aluminium, Steel, Stainless steel, Cast Aluminium, wrought Iron etc.).
- Estimation, technical details and designing of new system.
- Frame less Glazing (Patch fittings, spider system etc.), Foldable Partitions (HAWA of Switzerland, Dorma of Germany etc), Stainless steel & Aluminium Space frames and Aluminium Composite panel & Stainless Steel Cladding.
- Preparation of quotation & Material calculation
- Planning (Primavera & MS project) and Scheduling of work at factory & Site.
- Preparing shop-drawings in Auto-Cad and presentations.
- Computer program for all aspects of Aluminium Fabrication.
- Load, Stress, Wind Calculation, for multi-story Buildings.
- Die Designing for new Series of Profiles on AutoCAD
- Knowledge of American, British & other Standards.
- Laboratory testing (Air permeability, water tightness-Static, wind resistance etc.)
- Quality control & Quality assurance procedures (ISO-9000)
- Procurement of Machines, raw material and accessories.
